Personal Statement from Dr. Moore:
My father, James R. Moore, DDS, started this practice in 1955, and I have had the privilege of treating generations of patients who have been with our practice since the beginning. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have had the opportunity to treat so many wonderful people and their families for so many years. I always have their best interest at heart, and pride myself on my honesty and integrity. My staff and I stay current in the field of dentistry by attending multiple continuing education courses. I am so proud to carry on the tradition of providing and maintaining beautiful smiles with my son Russell Moore, DMD.
I am a life long resident/graduate of Richland 1969. I attended the University of Pittsburgh and Pitt Dental School graduating in 1976.

Russell E. Moore, D.M.D.
Since 2005 Dr. Moore has provided his patients with the very best dental care and his greatest satisfaction comes from sending his patients home with a healthy and beautiful smile.
Dr. Russell Moore is also a life long resident/graduate of Richland 1998.
Dr. Russell Moore received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001. In 2005, he received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh's School of Dental Medicine. While in dental school he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (National Dental Honor Society). Dr. Russell Moore graduated as the Salutatorian of his 2005 dental school class.
Dr. Russell Moore is also a life long resident/graduate of Richland 1998.

A Personal message from Dr. Russell Moore:
I pride myself on being very gentle and a virtually painless dentist. As a 3rd generation dentist, I have had the benefit of 57 years of dental experience helping to shape my craft. Dentistry is an art and I consider myself a perfectionist who has a passion for aesthetics. I strive to make patients feel comfortable and at ease in my dental chair and I will work hard until they feel satisfied and pain free. The field of dentistry is constantly evolving and I continually take courses which expand my skills and keep me on top of the latest techniques.

Sharon Hollern Office Manager
Sharon Hollern has been at Moore Dentistry since 1968, working alongside all three generations of Moore Dentistry doctors. She has been an expert and a foundation here at Moore Dentistry from virtually the beginning. She prides herself in making our office environment professional and family friendly. Sharon’s hobbies include working in her herb garden, water walking at the YMCA, reading books and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Karen Foster E.F.D.A
Karen Foster is a 1991 graduate from Median School for Allied Health Careers. She has been a member of the Moore Dentistry team for 25 years. She assisted Dr. James Moore, Dr. Craig Moore and now is the Office manager. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with patients. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son play sports.
Karen Foster is a 1991 graduate from Median School for Allied Health Careers. She has been a member of the Moore Dentistry team for 25 years. She assisted Dr. James Moore, Dr. Craig Moore and now is the Office manager. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with patients. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son play sports.

Mary Ann Lee is a 1991 graduate of The University of Pittsburgh’s Dental Hygiene Program. She has been a registered dental hygienist at Moore Dentistry for 23 years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 3 children that are very active in sports and extra-curricular activities.

Angela Moore R.D.H.
Angela Moore is a 2003 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland’s Dental Hygiene program, and a 2009 graduate of The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She has been practicing dental hygiene at Moore Dentistry for the past 8 years. Angela’s favorite part of being a hygienist is talking with her patients and trying to provide the best experience for the patient at their appointment. She is married to Dr. Russell and together they have two children. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, yoga, and planning her next adventure with her family.

Brittany Weimer is a 2011 graduate of Bradford School of dental assisting. She has been Dr. Russell’s assistant for the past 5 years. Brittany’s hobbies include spending time with her family, baking, and hunting with her husband.

Julie Keefer
Julie Keefer is a 2000 graduate of Richland High School. She has been Dr. Craig’s dental assistant for the past 4 years. She is married with two children. In her spare time she enjoys camping with her family, watching her son play baseball and crafting and cooking with her daughter.

Jennifer Campbell R.D.H.
Jennifer Campbell is a 2011 Westmoreland County Community College’s Dental Hygiene program. She has been a dental hygienist here at Moore Dentistry since June of 2013. As a hygienist Jennifer loves meeting new people and helping educate her patients so they can maintain good oral hygiene.
